Pick a country or region, check out with Apple Pay, card, or Google Pay. Your activation details arrive in seconds.
Use the email or the order success page on the same iPhone you want to install the eSIM on.
iOS 17.4 and newer recognises Apple's universal eSIM install link and opens Settings directly — no QR scan required.
Follow the on-screen prompts to add the eSIM, label it (e.g. “VERO Japan”), and pick it for cellular data while travelling.
On arrival, your iPhone auto-selects a partner network and your VERO data line activates — usually before you leave the gate.
iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and newer — anything that supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. iOS 17.4 or later is required for the one-tap install link.
You can still install the same eSIM manually — copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your confirmation into Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter details manually. See the Android install guide for the same step-by-step.
